An appreciation of the Cinema industry operations and associated new digital technologies are essential but of greater importance is an ability to work pro-actively as part of the team and to take responsibility for every aspect of our customers projects with a fine attention to detail.

<strong>Requirements</strong>
<br/>
- Self motivated with excellent customer facing profile combined with advanced PC and UNIX skills
<br/>
- Support to Sales team in developing new business opportunities through customer demonstrations, trials and new installations.
<br/>
- Manage and oversee Technical installations of both demonstration and sales packages for all UD s/w and h/w products (TMS, Automation)
<br/>
- Based in UK/Ireland but travelling within Europe and possible w/w often on short notice. Flexible approach to working week.
<br/>
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English. Other European languages are of interest.
<br/>
<br/>
<strong>Duties</strong>
<br/>
- Responsible for first line on-site customer support backed up by NOC and development team
<br/>
- Provide customer training
<br/>
- Pre & Post sales technical support to Sales team
<br/>
- Provide technical feedback from customers to Sales/Development team
<br/>
<br/>
<strong>Skills Required</strong>
<br/>
- Digital Cinema operations including automation systems PREFERABLE
<br/>
- Knowledge of UNIX Operating system and scripts
<br/>
- Enterprise server and RAID configurations
<br/>
- IT networks including IP configuration, managed switches, VLAN and remote connectivity
<br/>
- PC operations including Windows and standard office programs (Word, Excel)
<br/>
- Experience with some/all of the following
<br/>
- Christie, Barco, NEC and Sony projectors
<br/>
- Doremi, Dolby, GDC servers</li>
<br/>
- Dolby sound systems</li>
<br/>
- Automation and scalar systems</li>
<br/>
<br/>
<strong>Salary</strong>
<br/>
TBA but commensurate with qualifications and experience
